We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML algorithms and models to drive innovation and tackle complex business challenges. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in deploying and configuring cloud-based AI/ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML algorithms and models using state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies.
- Conduct research and experiments to identify and implement the most suitable AI/ML approaches for various business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts, to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
- Tune and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Deploy and configure cloud-based AI/ML solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Ensure the efficient integration of AI/ML models with existing systems and applications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI/ML solutions, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks, libraries, and tools to streamline AI/ML workflows.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and methodologies, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and distributed computing frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and experience in deploying and configuring AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Experience of data privacy and security best practices, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
